Ver: 18.00.XXX Is Required To Have Internet

A registered version V: 18.00.XXX is required to have an internet connection or it will count connections to 30 and later stop connecting or operating.
That also will stop CUW or calibration updates.
One work around is to use your cell device (data plan) as a hotspot to keep Techstream operating without the addition of connection counts.
Use a WiFi or LAN connection to keep Techstream operating.
Another work around:
When connecting / using Techstream there's a counter that only allows 30 connections to Techstream without an internet connection.
The cure to this problem is to access: C:\Program Files (x86)\Toyota Diagnostics\Techstream\Env folder.
Open / edit the "IT3UserCustom.ini" file.
Close to the bottom of the file look for the "ConnectionCount" variable.
Update / change the variable to 1 when getting close to 30 connections.
Save the file and start Techstream again.
The best choice is WiFi, LAN or cell device (data plan) hotspot.
Remember, CUW or calibration updates will not function if over 30 counts.
"TS_LoaderV08" from other sites.
If using "TS_LoaderV08" there are NO CUW functions, Techstream must be registered.
"TS_LoaderV08" will work all day, all night but programming a dead Toyota requires a fully functioning Techstream application.
