How To Set Up a diagnostic Hotspot for Android - Techstream or others
This video is an example to use and configure the Android when connecting a WiFi hotspot to access diagnostic equipment because the software is looking for a WiFi or LAN connection.
One example is Toyota Techstream. v18.00.008, it will operate with WiFi or LAN in the shop or home.
But if away from a WiFi connection or not available, this is a solution if there is a data plan on the Android.
