looking for help with mitchell estimator and repair

Hope someone can help!! installed mitchell manager and have no problem with it works everytime but the estimator and repair i back date it to 9/22/14 and get error 1009 every time i restart but sometimes it works a few restarts, now i have windows 7 64 bit as my host and i have all the mitchell on my vm running windows xp home 32bit ,sometimes it works once or twice but i keep having to reinstall just the estimator and the repair after restart ,also wondering if i can keep the time and date 9/20
