PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Dealer software for diagnostics, maintenance, and programming
of Nissan, Infiniti, and Datsun vehicles.

SOFTWARE VERSION FEATURES
- Up to version 81: Standard support for J2534 interfaces.
- After version 81: Support for J2534 is only possible with specially modified (patched) software versions.
- Support for vehicles after 2018: Extremely limited when using J2534. Requires a special adapter selection
and modified software.
- I recommend version 73 for J2534 unless you have a Cardaq.

SUPPORTED DEVICES

ORIGINAL INTERFACES (100% functionality):
1. Nissan VI2 (Vehicle Interface 2): The primary device for
models up to ~2021.
2. Nissan VI3 (Vehicle Interface 3): The new standard.
Mandatory for newer models (2021+) using the CAN-FD and DoIP protocols (e.g., new Pathfinder, Qashqai J12).

J2534 INTERFACES (PassThru):
1. CarDAQ (by DrewTech):
The most stable and proven J2534 interface.

Confirmed to work correctly with newer vehicles
up to 2018.

2. Other J2534 interfaces (Tactrix OpenPort 2.0, etc.):
- Works well on versions up to v81.
- On recent versions (with patches), they are mainly suitable for basic diagnostics and simple adaptations.
- They do not guarantee stable operation with vehicles produced after 2018.
- Not recommended for programming control units.

KEY FUNCTIONS
- Full reading/clearing of DTCs.
- Real-time parameter monitoring.
- Adaptations (throttle, automatic transmission/CVT learning, ABS).
- Diesel particulate filter (DPF) regeneration.
- Support for the NATS system (immobilizer/keys).
- Reprogramming (flashing) of control units is only possible with calibration files and a reliable interface (VI2/VI3).
